Production assistant

Atelier Gérard Beaulieu seeks a motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have organizational skills, good communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, this is the job for you!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Assist the Production Supervisor in his daily tasks.

- Manage and compile employee work hours.

- Assist in the planning and organization of production activities.

- Communicate effectively with customers to follow up on orders and specific requests.

- Ensure smooth communication between different departments.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.

- Experience in administration, production or a similar position (an asset).

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

- Comfortable with computer tools and management software.

- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

- Salary of $22/hr during the training period.

- Increase to $24/hr after training.

- Full-time position with possibility of advancement.
