Painter

Job Description:

As a Painter at Guardians Tanks, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing surfaces to be painted on tanks and components, following strict preparation protocols (sanding, cleaning, priming).

- Apply coats of paint and special finishes adapted to the materials and conditions of use (resistant to chemical agents, scratches, etc.), guaranteeing optimum protection and prolonged durability.

- Check the work's quality and carry out any touch-ups necessary to achieve an impeccable finish.

- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.

- Manage and maintain painting materials and equipment, while complying with safety rules and environmental procedures.

Profile required:

- Diploma or training in industrial painting, bodywork, or a similar field.

- Significant experience in industrial painting, ideally in tank manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.

- Mastery of surface preparation techniques, application of specialized paints (anticorrosion, resins, etc.), and finishes specific to tanks.

- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and quality-conscious.

- Ability to work as part of a team and comply with safety instructions and quality standards.

- Knowledge of environmental standards related to solvents and paint chemicals would be a plus.
