Quality Assurance & Testing

All our mobile tank models have been through a battery of tests to ensure their integrity in the worse conditions. Lift tests, pressure tests, vibration tests, drop tests and roll-over tests are all part of our rigorous certification process.

Also, all our tanks go through a pressure test before leaving the shop floor. This way, we know with absolute certainty your tank is completely « fuel-tight » before shipping.

Our steel preparation is acid etch, not sandblast. This eliminates the risk of having sand included inside tank which can eventually clog your fuel filters or worse, cause damage to your engines;

• Pump openings are reinforced from the inside;
• Heavy duty lifting lugs;
• Baffles to reduce liquid movement when in motion;
• Epoxy primer for added protection against rust corrosion;
• Acrylic enamel coatings (2) for a quality finish that will not fade to sunlight or fuel exposure;
• Available in various configurations such as C-Tank, Normal Use, Heavy Duty, Double Wall,
• Shaped and Toolbox combo, to name a few;

Our standard tanks are manufactured using:

• Hot rolled mild steel:
• ASTM A1011 carbon steel sheets, and / or;
• ASTM A36 (44W) carbon steel plates;
• Optional: our tanks can also be manufactured using stainless steel or aluminum (non-certified tanks), upon customer’s request
• Our metal preparation is a phosphate-based acid-etch;
• Sand blast is available upon request (extra fees may apply);
• Epoxy-based primers are used on all our tanks for extra durable corrosion resistance;
• We use high quality paints (acrylic enamels and / or polyurethanes) to ensure a top notch and highly durable finish to our products;
